The unique mountain top location has it all. After turning off Lilac Road, heavy iron gates open, as you enter to drive up a winding road, with a gazebo and fountain located on the left side, and the Inn on the fight side. There is plenty of parking behind the Inn. From the moment you enter the Zosa Ranch to register as a guest, there is something almost psychic about the place. Each room at the Inn is beautifully decorated in coordinated color schemes, all with private baths.There is an enormous family room, with pool table and television, a comfortable living room with a homey fireplace and a very large dining room. And outside there is an enormous pool and patio area, complete with a bubbling spa; all of the amenities providing comfort and elegance.The owner of the Zosa Bed & Breakfast Inn, Nena Zosa and the Manager Connie Vlasis feel they have been led through much of their lives by angelic forces. Guests are all welcomed with courtesy and gracious hospitality.

When Connie arrived at the Zosa Gardens, looking for avenue for her next fund-raiser, she wore her angel pin to their meeting and Nena noticed and admired it. Connie took the pin off and pinned it on Nena and shortly after this incident, their two lives became entwined.Nena revealed to Connie the dream she had of the nine angels, and when she told her the face of the ninth angel was her face, Connie was amazed, and stunned by this unusual psychic event.Now Nena knew she had found the right manager for her Bed & Breakfast Inn. There are nine rooms at the Zosa Ranch. A floral theme is carried from the flower-laden grounds to the individual rooms. The ninth room is the "Gardening Angel room", so designated because it is filled with cherubs. In fact the entire Bed & Breakfast inn is filled with angels and winged wonders. From angelic pictures, nic-knacks, statues, garden and fountain areas to the many ravens, butterflies, eagles and yellow-tail hawks to the hummingbirds, one cannot help but feel inspired by the charm of this unique mountain top inn, offering such remarkable beauty.
