When Connie arrived at the Zosa Gardens, looking for avenue for her next fund-raiser, she wore her angel pin to their meeting and Nena noticed and admired it. Connie took the pin off and pinned it on Nena and shortly after this incident, their two lives became entwined.Nena revealed to Connie the dream she had of the nine angels, and when she told her the face of the ninth angel was her face, Connie was amazed, and stunned by this unusual psychic event.Now Nena knew she had found the right manager for her Bed & Breakfast Inn. There are nine rooms at the Zosa Ranch. A floral theme is carried from the flower-laden grounds to the individual rooms. The ninth room is the "Gardening Angel room", so designated because it is filled with cherubs. In fact the entire Bed & Breakfast inn is filled with angels and winged wonders. From angelic pictures, nic-knacks, statues, garden and fountain areas to the many ravens, butterflies, eagles and yellow-tail hawks to the hummingbirds, one cannot help but feel inspired by the charm of this unique mountain top inn, offering such remarkable beauty.

Nena revealed she had a near-death experience early on in her life, where she recalls a mysterious vision of nine angels talking to her, telling her to go back and finish her work on earth. She had almost forgotten about this near-death vision until her mother passed away. And then, once more the vision of the nine angels came to her about the time she was looking for someone to manage her bed and breakfast inn.Nena first met Connie Vlasis in 1995 while Connie was working as the fund-raising chairman for the Nicole Brown Simpson Charitable Foundation. During a day of organizing assistance for abused women. Tanya Brown walked in with an angel pin. The group decided that day to adopt the angel pin as their fund-raising project symbol. Within a short time, the pin had raised $2,000 for the organization. Connie''s catering business card was passed on to the former manager of the Zosa Ranch Bed & Breakfast Inn, to assist in catering an event.
